Did Jesus Really Raise From The Dead?
Thank you Kimberly! it has taken a long time to love myself as I am. Food has always been a comfort when stressed, diets have never worked for me as they created more stress which then gain weight. Have recently gone gluten and diary free with one exception. That exception is to enjoy a gluten or diary food items when with others if nothing else is available, tell myself I am 90% free. Oh how I have found diary free ice cream – soooo gooood. At an ice cream stand those are not available in my area so this allows me to be social with friends and the stress isn’t there and that I can handle some regular ice cream once in a while without causing negative to my body and mind. I am almost there to want to start more on my physical self as eating is becoming more enjoyable and healthier.
Thank you Kimberly for sharing your vulnerability and story. Your story will help so many. It’s given me a whole new perspective of my daughter who struggles with disordered eating. God bless.
