It Starts With Attraction: Episode 6
Here is the best exercise for you to do to see the biggest results in the least amount of time.
When you know you need to get in shape but you’re not sure where to begin, the task can seem overwhelming. Fitness expert Jerred Moon breaks things down on an individual level based on a mental “sticking power” assessment he provides to all of his clients. Moon suggests only one new habit at a time is necessary to begin an effective fitness routine, and often this habit revolves around improving nutrition.
Often, we strive to change too many aspects in our lives at once and end up injured or burned out, so we don’t continue to improve our fitness. Moon’s garage gym programs, developed inside his company, EO3, meet individuals who want to get in shape where they are currently and develop a program around their individual goals, equipment they have at home, and their exercise interests. Pick an exercise routine that you enjoy, and work your training goals around that. Learn more about how to begin an individualized, manageable, sustainable exercise routine in today’s podcast!
