It Starts With Attraction: Episode 8

How To Think About What You’re Thinking About

Do you know how to think about what you’re thinking about? Or maybe another way to say it is, are you controlling your thoughts, or are your thoughts controlling you? So many people want to have a positive attitude and form great habits, but we often ignore the most important part of developing any good habit: planning to maintain a positive mindset first.

Today’s speaker, Jim Pourteau, talks through ways to treat ourselves as we would a friend. He suggests we look for opportunities to release negative and overwhelming thoughts bouncing around in our heads, and break these patterns into a manageable process. “The way we think sets up our reality. Be intentional. Give it time.” Listen to today’s episode to learn how to create positive thought patterns to direct your life!
