In the last episode of 2021 and our personality series, Kimberly talks with Dr. Joe Beam about the DiSC profile. Dr. Beam explains each quadrant of DiSC and how you can use your profile to understand others better and have better relationships. You will learn the importance of understanding your spouse's DiSC personality so you can speak their language and vice versa. When you know about your spouse and know how they are wired, it helps make the marriage or relationship stronger. Dr. Beam says it doesn't mean you give up who you are. It just means if you want success in a relationship, whether it's romantic, parental work, anything, you learn how to speak people's language.

This week we are back with another exciting episode about personality styles. Today, Kimberly talks with Austin Suellentrop, CliftonStrengths Portfolio Manager for Gallup. (Also known as StrengthsFinder) You will learn why people learn differently and how to have conversations about each other's strengths to create better relationships. You'll also gain insight into when people know their strengths; it helps them identify their values. After you hear this episode, you will want to find out where you land with the StrengthsFinder assessment and share this episode with your friends and your spouse.

We are all wired a bit differently, and this week we are continuing our series of personality test types. Last week Kimberly covered the Enneagram with Michael Norton, and today, she speaks with Dr. Tim Atkinson, a Myers-Briggs expert. Personality tests are ways to understand yourself and others better. Dr. Tim Atkinson covers Myers-Briggs and the dichotomy of the four letters. Dr. Tim describes the personality test as a great conversation starter that provides a window into who and how each person operates. The Myers-Briggs assessment allows people to explore further their personalities, including their likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, possible career preferences, and compatibility with other people.

There is so much more to the Enneagram than you may think. Or, maybe you've never heard of it and want to learn what all the hype is about. In today's episode, Kimberly talks with Micheal Norton, an Enneagram teacher, and coach.  Michael shares so much insight and goes deeper into the origin of the Enneagram, each of the nine types, and the passion each number represents. You will learn so much about the Enneagram and yourself in this episode.

Have you ever been stopped in your tracks and been forced to rest? In this episode, you will hear Kimberly's story of perseverance and how an injury forced her to sit with God, listen, and rest. We are all wired to do and be what God has called us to do, and that is perfectly awesome. But sometimes, we need time to reflect to focus on our strengths rather than our weaknesses. You'll hear Kimberly's confession on how she struggled with her PIES and how she surrendered to rest.

In this episode, Kimberly speaks at a MUMLife event and shares how to fix a relationship with SMART Communication. There are two things you can do today to change your relationship. The first one is knowing that the only person you can control is yourself. The second thing you can do is improve relationships is change the way you communicate. Stop fighting and start listening.
