I'm going to share with you the specific things that I've been doing over the past year that I believe has made a big difference in managing my own stress levels. I will talk with you about how I found out what my stress levels really were in my body, things that I've done to decrease those stress levels, evidence based techniques and tools is what I will be talking about. But specifically, I will be sharing the anecdotal data from my own experience with what it was like to implement these and how it has subjectively impacted me and my stress levels.
