Today's Guest: Jamie Gagnon

Jamie Gagnon is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State. She obtained her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University in 2007. She worked as a Child, Adolescent and Family Therapist in a Community Mental Health Setting and then as a Clinical Supervisor for a school based mental health program. She is CBT+ (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) certified through Harborview Abuse and Trauma Center. She has also had training in Substance Use Disorders, Trauma, and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). Jamie is currently a Marriage Helper Certified Coach and Workshop Breakout Leader.
