This was wonderful. Actually going to start a 30 Day Healthy Living program with a friend that you eliminate the diary and gluten foods, to use whole foods within the diet. There is a supplement drink will be taken for the 30 days. I have been watching my friend for two years as she has been living a more health living life. This isn’t to replace my diet, it is to get started to remove those elements of my diet. Many of the foods mentioned in this I don’t depend on as my main diet focus. Growing up I ate organic from our massive garden, realized that the other day that my diet growing up was so much better then it is today. Thank you for this information.
