How do you sleep the night before you are about to meet your children for the first time? The answer is... You don't. We couldn't sleep because we knew our lives were about to fundamentally change. When we started our process of adoption, we had no idea the trials and tribulations we would face and the patience we would learn. It literally changed my life. Going through something your heart desperately wants and you have no control over is something that changed who I am now as a person. If you are in a season of waiting for something to happen that your heart is yearning for, and you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, then this podcast is for you. I'm going to share my story of adoption, what my season of waiting looked like, how I saw answers to my prayers, and how I grew into a better person through the grueling and treacherous process of waiting.
